Even though Li Hao had entered the explosive state of the Bull Demon Battle Body, he was still only at the beginning stage of the Fourth Heavenly Realm, not strong enough to cause the Beast King harm. Despite that, Li Hao was still a genius who even Chen Chu held in high regard. Every time he went flying for hundreds of meters, he would be back on his feet in a blink. Blood flowed from his mouth, wounds appeared all over his body, but his aura only became more frenzied.

With a body swelling to 2.6 meters and looking as if it was forged in black gold, he possessed indomitable strength. Each strike stirred up fierce winds and shockwaves, sending debris flying.

Such deranged fury made even the Beast King take it a bit seriously. Unfortunately, the power gap between the two sides was still too great; Li Hao couldn't even shake the Beast King.

As Li Hao was being crushed by the Beast King, over a dozen scaled beasts savagely roared as they pounced toward Xia Youhui and the others at the mouth of the valley. The level 4 beasts lagged behind, hesitation appearing in their eyes as they glanced at the king fighting behind them and then at the direction outside the valley.

"Perfect timing." Xia Youhui's body, battle armor, and even large and thicker heavy shield were enveloped in yellow true power, resembling an armored black tortoise as he blocked the valley entrance.

One beast, three meters tall and ten meters long, sprinted at high speed and slammed into the heavy shield. In an instant, the ground within several meters shook and shattered.

Xia Youhui's figure, however, remained unmoved; instead, it was the beast that was forced away with a bleeding head, wailing as it was thrown over ten meters by a stronger recoil force.

This was the might of the Black Tortoise Earthly Art; rooted in the earth, immovable as a mountain.

Liu Feng shouted, "Keep your distance, keep Old Xia in the center, and take down these 3s one by one!"

Before Liu Feng could finish, Li Meng's figure flickered, his hands gripping his hammer. With a thunderous strike, he shattered one beast’s hind leg, then rolled to evade the tail coming at him from behind.

Bai Mu, trailing behind, left behind afterimages, his long sword emitting swirling sword qi as it tore open huge wounds among the beasts one by one.

Compared to him, Yuan Chenghuang was much more aggressive and domineering as he wielded a heavy sword as wide as a door, a golden sword qi swirling around it. With one slash, he split open the chest of a level 3 beast.

Bang!

In mid-air, Yuan Chenghuang was swept away by a tail, letting out a scream as he went flying.

"Damn, Old Yuan, be more careful!" With a low shout, Xia Youhui unleashed a powerful gravitational force, diverting a massive tail that was originally aimed at Li Meng.

With one strike, the tail scales exploded, flesh and blood flying while Xia Youhui stood firm.

While their combat capabilities couldn’t match up to Chen Chu’s Herculean level, they were still geniuses, and they had no difficulties with slaughtering beasts of the same level. Together, they could even hunt down level 4 beasts.

The Beast King, who had been constantly hurling Li Hao away at the other end of the valley, turned back abruptly, following the scent of the Winged Dragon’s blood. As soon as it saw Chen Chu, its eyes turned red in an instant.

The Beast King erupted with an extremely ferocious aura.

"Li Hao, hold that king beast off for a minute."

Chen Chu let out a long roar after saying that. In an instant, a black and red aura that seemed both divine and demonic exploded from his body, exuding a pressure that seemed to sink the earth as he leaped toward a level 4 beast. The radiant light his halberd emitted resembled a sun crossing the sky as he soared a hundred meters into the air.

The beast, nineteen meters long with a head the size of a room, emitted a furious roar. Its body surged with blue light as it ferociously lunged toward Chen Chu. The most powerful weapons of carnivorous mutated creatures were their claws and menacing jaws; while their bodies were enhanced by their mutations, however, they still followed instinct when attacking.

The halberd descended from the sky, and the black and red true power exploded. The energy on the beast's body collapsed, and half of its head was blasted apart by the sharp and domineering halberd.

From afar, it looked like several hundred kilograms of high explosives detonating in mid-air, with black and red waves of wind mixed with blood and flesh rushing out dozens of meters.

With a single strike, a late stage level 4 mutated beast had been directly killed.

Such devastating power astonished everyone, especially Li Meng, who had just smashed a level 3 beast with a single blow. He exclaimed, "Damn, he's that strong!?"

At the other end of the valley, the Beast King, which had just hurled Li Hao away with a swipe, let out an even more ferocious roar. Its eyes nearly turned blood-red, filled with endless killing intent.

In a fit of rage, the Beast King's massive body thundered toward the valley's rocky side wall, fully determined to tear Chen Chu apart. Just then, a sonic boom resounded from afar, and a steel pillar surrounded by red light shot out, emitting circles of white sonic booms as it flew toward the king's head.

The Beast King was forced to suddenly stop in order to intercept the blow. With a swing of its claws and a bang, it knocked the pillar away, but the interruption to its momentum was enough to unbalance it, making it topple over.

From afar, Li Hao, bleeding from many wounds, charged toward the Beast King, not even slowing down as he grabbed his steel pillar from the ground halfway. Seeing Chen Chu obliterate that late stage Level 4 beast with a single strike had made him even more frenzied.
