Chapter 293: I forgot to bring my pyjamas

When Collins left her and went to the University, Chloe took the opportunity to tour the villa. It was quite a simple one with three bedrooms, a study, hall and kitchen with dining area. The dcor was also a simple one.

She freshened up and went to the hall and sat down. she didn't have much to do, so she brought out some of her study books. She wasn't able to go the library because of the parking and also meeting with the lawyer.

Chloe sat down on the sofa and poured a glass of juice for herself. Collins told her to feel comfortable and that was what she was doing, making herself comfortable. She placed the glass on the table and sat down with her Business Techniques handbook and a jotter with a pen. She started studying serious.

First, she didn't have a goal, now she had one and that was to be a better person for herself and also for Collins. She wanted to get enrolled into the University and do her Masters. With her current certificate and the level of unemployment, it was only for a while that her bachelor certificate would help so it was crucial to have a Masters, to increase her job prospects.

She studied seriously and lost track of time, she didn't know when she had fallen asleep, but she felt that there was someone standing behind her and suddenly opened her eyes, seeing Collins.

She sat up and looked at the time, it was still 19:00PM so she asked him, ''it's not even 20:00PM yet, you didn't skip your lectures, right?''

''How did you know that? I was thinking about the beauty I left home and had to hurry with the lectures. I didn't want to keep you waiting and I also missed you'' he said and sat closer to her, he pulled her closer and kissed her for a while.

''I brought dinner, let's eat'' he said to her.

''Oh'' Chloe nodded and stood up. he held her hand and walked with her to the dining table.

The food he brought was from a famous restaurant that served a lot of delicacies. He removed the packaged food out and placed them in front of her. They were already in takeaway bowls, so he placed the chopsticks beside her, ''eat, you must be hungry''

''You too, you were working all day'' Chloe said and he smiled.

''Let's eat together. after this, would you shower first or should I shower first?''

Chloe coughed and flushed, her face turned red and she took the water next to her and sipped.

''Be careful. Did I say something wrong?'' Collins asked with an innocent gaze.

''No, you didn't say anything wrong. I will shower first'' Chloe said and started to eat her food quietly. Collins smirked. He knew, she had misunderstood his sentence and he felt like teasing her. she looked so cute.

Chloe kept stealing glances at him as she ate her food. Her face was getting redder by the minute. She started to eat fast and before Collins could stop her, she had finished and stood up from the table saying, ''I will shower first. take your time in eating''

She scurried off to the room and leaned against the door, she touched her racing heart and sighed. She was so flustered by his actions but, she didn't hate it. She smiled and ran into the bathroom. She wanted to hurry up and be done by the time he got inside.

She removed her clothes and turned to shower on, taking her bath.

A few minutes later, Collins entered the room and heard the shower turning off. he sat on the bed and waited for her to get out but she wasn't coming out so he went closer to the door and called her name.

''Chloe, is everything alright?''

''Ye yes'' she said, her voice sound nervous and Collins noticed it.

''What's wrong?''

''Senior, I so I I forgot to bring my pyjamas inside when I went in to shower and my clothes are wet''

''Do you want me to bring your pyjamas to you?''

''No, I don't want you to look into my stuff''

''Then, what do you want me to do?''

''Do you have an extra sleepwear that I can lend for tonight? I will wash it for you tomorrow''

''Alright, no worries'' he said and went into his closet. He picked the pyjamas set that he bought and didn't use. He placed it by the door and said to her, 'I placed them by the door''

''Then, can you leave before I take them?''

''Sure'' he said and looked at the shower door. He smirked and opened the closet door and closed it again before he leaned against the bathroom door.

When Chloe heard the sound of opening and closing, she heaved a relief and opened the door, she was wearing a towel and stretched her hand forth to take the set of pyjamas when she looked up and saw Collins smirking down at her. She screamed and rushed back inside with the pyjamas and Collins laughed.

''You lied to me, I told you to leave the room''

''We are already a couple, what is there to be shy about?'' he asked and chuckled.

''You gangster, are you sure I am your first girlfriend? You look like a pro''

'You are my first girlfriend and for the record, I am a virgin too'' he added and could imagine her red her face was.

She opened the door, already dressed in the oversized pyjamas and glared at him, ''a virgin? I hardly doubt that. You look like a player to me''

''Do you want to see it before you believe it?'' he leaned closer and whispered into her ears and she flushed. She hit him.

''You are so shameless. I am going to bed'' she said and went to the bed. Collins chuckled and went into the bathroom to take his bath.

Chloe watched the door intensely. She didn't know why but she was having wild and lewd thoughts. He wanted to see how it was. A virgin penis. Her face flushed and she shook her head. She closed her eyes and tried to sleep. She turned her back to the bathroom door.

A few minutes later, she heard the door open but she didn't have the courage to turn and look at him, she still had her eyes shut and her hands clenched tightly.

When she felt the other side of the bed sink, she knew he was close by. She became nervous and didn't know how to act. She was anxious and also a little nervous.

Collins stared at her and smiled. He moved closer to her and touched her. Her body shivered but she didn't reject him so he pushed her closer to himself.

''What are you doing?'' Chloe asked.

''Sleeping with you in my arms. I heard sleeping like that with your woman in your arms makes you sleep well. I want to try it to''

''Oh''

''I will only hold you and sleep. I promise to be a gentleman'' he said and pulled her closer to himself. He hugged her and placed his chin on her soft hair and smiled. This was probably the best feeling in the world for him. This moment, sleeping in the same bed with the woman I liked the most.

''Collins'' she mentioned his name softly.

''Yes, my love''

''Do you think Brenda would win in this case? Brew, that scum has quite a lot of connections''

''Don't worry about your friend. I don't know about how connected that man is but my cousin isn't ordinary. Robyn is a man of his word. You just have to trust him. He is someone who never backs out once he makes his mind about something. He cares about your friend a lot. I also know Amber Grace Alice; she is a talented lawyer who has yet to lose a case. She will handle this well and your friend will receive justice''
