Triple Blessings: Mr. Fu's Passionate Pursuit

Chapter 874: 869 Handsome and Dashing Old Uncle

Chapter 874: Chapter 869 Handsome and Dashing Old Uncle

Unprepared, Mr. Chapman ended up with an earful of their lovey-dovey banter and clicked his tongue.

“I shouldn’t have asked!”

He already knew how much they cherished each other.

And yet, he asked a few foolish questions and deserved to be tortured.

Upon seeing Roy Lewis’s wound, Mr. Chapman couldn’t help but gasp.

“Master Lewis, no wonder Dr. Dunn got anxious. You’re just a hair’s breadth away from a bone injury.”

Roy Lewis responded with a grunt, “That’s why she insisted on having an X-ray to be sure.”

Mr. Chapman sighed, “Master Lewis, you’re really lucky to have Dr. Dunn. If anyone else was your wife, your endless accidents throughout the year would be enough to drive them insane.”

Roy Lewis agreed with him.

“Yeah, that’s why I waited for her before getting married, right?”

Mr. Chapman didn’t want to express his envy anymore.

Roy Lewis took the X-ray with him and went to find Richelle Dunn after making sure his bone wasn’t injured.

Richelle was reading an email from Kendrick Yacoub. She quickly scanned the X-ray report and handed it back to him.

“Ask Mr. Chapman to prescribe some antibiotic injections for you. If you’re tired, lie down and take a nap, or you can stay overnight…”

“No need…”

Roy’s tone was much like Timothy’s, and Richelle gave him a curious look.

“Why are you acting like a child now?”

Roy walked over and spread his arms, embracing her.

“I know I messed up. Please don’t be mad.”

He held her so tight that she could barely breathe.

You should let me go a bit; I’m nearly out of breath here!” she choked.

Roy quickly loosened his grip and stared at her with his dark, loving eyes.

Richelle covered his eyes with her hand, because no harsh words could come out when she looked into his eyes, brimming with her reflection.

“You can’t always admit your mistakes and then keep taking risks. You have to know that some mistakes can be turned around, while others can’t be undone once they’re made.”

Richelle’s reflexes were a bit slow, as it now dawned on her about Roy’s appearance during the car accident, bloodied and wounded, and how the pain felt as if the flesh had been cut from her own body!

Roy understood her feelings well, for he too had once watched his father fall before his eyes.

Only after he met Richelle, had three precious children, and had a warm family, did that pain gradually heal.

I see, I made you and the kids worry again. This time it’s my fault. How about I write an apology letter, and also add some money as compensation? You can spend it however you want. What do you think?”

Richelle pounded on his chest and scolded him irritably.

“What do I need your compensation money for? I don’t love luxury cars or designer bags! Besides, I can earn money to buy those things on my own!”

Roy was a little at a loss.

Others would usually calm their wives by sweet-talking them, buying them flowers, bags, luxury cars, and mansions.

His wife enjoyed sweet talk, but her mind was clear, meaning the chances of him confusing her were small.

As for flowers, bags, luxury cars, and mansions, she enjoyed them, but she could earn money to buy them herself, not necessarily needing him to buy them for her.

“What should I do to make my wife happy?”

With no other way, Roy resorted to a more direct approach.

He hugged Richelle, moved towards the wall, confining her within his arms, lowered his head, and kissed her lips.

Richelle turned her face away, so Roy buried his face in her neck and spoke in a hoarse voice.

“Or, should we settle our debts in another way?”

Richelle kept a strong face, but her body was honest.

She was embraced and kissed by him, as well as seduced by his magnetic, sensual voice.

Her face turned red, her ears burnt, and her legs weakened on the spot.

She desperately tried to cling to the wall with her hands, barely managing to keep her body from sliding to the ground.

“Get lost, I’m a person with aspirations,”

Her words sounded resolute, but with a slightly trembling tone and no presence whatsoever.

It’s not so much a curse as a tease.

A long, large hand hooked around her waist, and the next second, his lips pressed gently against hers, softly kissing her.

“Dr. Dunn…”

Mr. Chapman’s voice came from the doorway, abruptly stopping.

Roy Lewis quickly shifted, using his tall figure to completely block Richelle Dunn from view.

Although it was just a kiss, he didn’t want anyone else to see the blushing, shy look on Richelle’s face.

Mr. Chapman tactfully turned away

“Sorry, I’ll come back later!”

After saying that, he closed the door and hurried away. Richelle Dunn struggled a little in Roy Lewis’s arms.

Roy moved in closer, trapping her firmly within his embrace.

He kissed her lips with even more passion.

Roy Lewis missed Richelle terribly after being apart for a few days, so he poured all his longing into this passionate kiss.

In the chaos, Richelle remembered that her office was here, and she was arguing with this man just a moment ago.

She tried to push Roy away, but he was as immovable as a mountain.

She had no choice but to bite his lip hard. Roy winced with pain, slightly coming to his senses, reluctantly releasing her lips.

However, his hand still stroked her back forcefully, feeling her shiver beautifully.

He buried his head in her shoulder, taking deep breaths,n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om

then spoke with a hint of complaint.

“Baby, you know you want it too…”

Richelle Dunn pulled his ear, “No, I don’t!”

Roy tilted his head and gently bit her neck, stubbornly saying,

“No, you do!”

The two childishly went back and forth with the same words

“No, I don’t!”

“No, you do!”

In the end, Richelle couldn’t help but burst into laughter.

She held her hand to Roy’s face, gently pushing him away.

“Enough now, get your anti-inflammatory shot, and then go home early…”

Her words trailed off with a lingering tone.

Roy Lewis looked straight into her eyes.

“After getting the anti-inflammatory shot, don’t go home, let’s go to the top-floor suite of the hotel, alright?”

Roy was anxious, worrying that Richelle might change her mind during the journey home.

Richelle laughed even more, “Going to a hotel and going home won’t take much longer, and won’t home be more comfortable?”

But Roy insisted on arguing with her

“No, didn’t you say you like the view from the top? Isn’t it nice to have a change of scene and some new excitement?”

Richelle suppressed her laughter, teasing him.

“Oh, are you already tired of me and need something new?”

Roy couldn’t help but bite her nose, “Little trickster, aren’t you always calling me an old man? I’m afraid you’ll think I’m not exciting anymore! Disliking this old uncle of yours!”

Richelle’s hand touched his face, her fingertips tracing the contours of his handsome features.

“If there’s such a handsome and dashing old uncle, remember to notify me so I can pick him up!”

With such an outstanding uncle, it’s no surprise that there are many other women coveting him, and she could see plenty of them buzzing around him right now.
