Temporal Pearls

Chapter 293 Sibling Shadow Link

In total, Seth will receive around 149 million.

'Never in my wildest imagination!' Seth shouted in his mind.

Rena wanted to warn him but she refrained from that. He suddenly looked at her and said to place your hand on the box.

She looked at her brother and he nodded. The moment she placed her hand, a projection of her figure appeared

"Hey, didn't I have another alternative!" Seth asked the box with a frown.

[You didn't possess the requirements for the alternatives.]

"Hmm," that was when Seth smiled an innocent smile at Rena, she already knew what he wanted. She chuckled and brought out a small earring that had a small white orb on it.

"This is my Asteroid Artifact!" She said but didn't elaborate. She then pulled out the orb and said, "If you don't mind wearing an earring!"

"I don't!" Seth didn't even finish the answer, she moved closed and attached to his ear flap and immediately it merged.

[Congratulations]

[You have obtained Third Ear]

[Third Ear]

[A uniquely design Artefact that can grant a person additional physique]

Seth frowned before he understood what it meant. Normally, Third Ear improves physique but it can also make one change their physique to suit a specific requirement.

Seth then looked at Zero. The boy must have used it before he gained the Shadow Eye Bloodline.

Rena also wanted to use it to change her physique but failed due to certain someone.

"Will it work on me!" Seth pondered aloud before he looked at Rena and said, "I have a massive weakness that makes me unable to have any form of Bloodline."

Rena smiled at him before she said, "Are we secured?"

Seth looked outside and shook his head. "Let us see!" Seth activated the whole defensive and security ability of the Gawee Cart.

But upon looking outside, he sighed and shook his head.

Zero transformed and activated one of his skills. "I think we…," he stopped speaking as Seth shook his head.

"Give me a scale from your dragon body!" Seth asked. The boy was taken aback before he looked at his sister, she nodded.

"Haha. I like you siblings!" Seth said as he watched the strange interaction between them.

It took some time but Zero plucked one with some difficulty and that somewhat weakened him.

"Create the best book you can!" Seth said to Rena and she did.

"You need to relax and don't resist!" He said casually and they looked at each other.

Seth then began to pull things and also made some Silk Thread Arts depicting the two siblings.

About half an hour later, Seth was pulled inside Crafting Warrealm and with him two people and a poor dragon by the side.

"Hey, Shadow Eye! I was thinking of making something with your scale. Do you mind!"

Seth asked the Shadow Eye Dragon that appeared with them.

~Rabana… dragon Stele shouldn't allow you to be doing this~

The dragon spoke. He was a baby dragon but his voice sounded old. This was the dragon Zero obtained his Bloodline from.

"Ahh, you see. That is not what happened. All the items I took are mine. Hunting you now is what I'm feeling not doing again. Don't worry, what I will create will be notorious!"

Seth said before he waved his and the dragon became white stone.

A chair appeared and the two figures sat wearily. "Where are we?" Rena asked.

"We are in the Crafting Warrealm!" Zero answered.

When Seth first crafted a book before him in Silent Veil, he saw a glimpse of it. He tried to have his own Warrealm but failed.

"Your Warrealm is big and very strong!" He added.

"We can talk here."

Rena sighed before she said, "My artifact meant to improve my physique with perks like increasing size and strength at will but after becoming a Paper, I wasn't able to use it properly. That led me to study it more and I came to understand the artefact can also be a separate Power System.

Through mastery and continuously relying on them they develop certain traits and become stronger and break certain rules."

The more she explained the more Seth smiled and he took his staff and caressed it. He has been doing what she said subconsciously and he was already seeing why his staff has the Will of her own.

It's not only because of the awakening but because Seth has never considered any of his tools as superior.

From the very beginning, he has treated the staff as something that he can't survive without.

With the current knowledge he creased it with fondness.

"Isn't this imaginary realm, how can you pull it here!" Zero asked. But then he checked his artefact, it was there but was lifeless.

As for Rena's Artefact, it seems alive just like Seth's.

"Thank you for the information."

Rena was able to improve and develop some aspects of the Artefact.

Seth learned that it was the Artefact that made people perceive her as a normal human and for the first time Seth saw her real form.

She looked like a paper origami, shaped like a human and air was blown inside. She has blood but it was made of minute slices of red papers squeezed, flowing within her blood vessels.

Seth can already imagine her insides and how they were made.

He was in shock as he had no idea this was how she looked in real game avatar. He felt pity for her, she look not human at all.

He also learned that her weaknesses were exaggerated. One thing was she was weightless, unless she had numerous of her papers used to ground her down.

That was to say, Seth's use of her papers had helped her mitigate some of that weakness.

Secondly she was very susceptible to water, fire and many forms of energy. Zero has to be around almost every time, shielding her.

She gained some fire resistance when Seth made that book with Temra figure on. Which allowed her to even ignite her paper and control some fire.

"Wow." Seth began to see the strength in the weakness.

"Don't wow me. It's not that impressive!" She said,

But Seth pulled out the Red Signature Book and said, "If you can gain the benefit of this book, I will say, Zero will be needing your protection!"

"I can feel it but I now don't have the necessary will power to get it. Maybe in the future!"

"Good, then the new book I'm making will help you too!" Seth said but she shook her head.

"Those benefits are limited. After I ignited about 3 thousand papers, it disappeared. My paper has to be used in numerous ways with repetition before the benefits become permanent!"

"Hmmm." Seth became thoughtful before he said, "Let us unanimously agree that the two of us are compatible. My First Painting Canvas connects us and also I'm the only Artist Painter obsessed with painting in Gawee!"

Zero and Rena said, "Yes, that's true."

"We have reason to be allies and trust each other." Seth added before he continued, "The painting I'm copying is Mystical and it almost drove me insane. It holds secrets that I only grasped less than 10% of it. That was enough for me to do all that you have seen. Even the crafting revolves around it"

Seth explained more, "This means I will need a large amount of paper to truly grasp everything." He took a breath and added, "What I want to say was that those copied papers contained traits of what I'm copying. Perhaps, if you have felt them just like the Temra Book I made, you may have gained something"

Rena became silent, "I can feel them but they are numerous and not that heavy. But I will looked into it. Maybe I'm missing something!"

"You are definitely missing something!" Seth asserted.

The conversation shifted to other topics before the Warrealm kicked them out. Upon waking up, a book floats above them.

[Congratulations]

[You have Crafted, Sibling Shadow Eye Link Book]

[Sibling Link]

[There was a tangible Link between…]

Seth pushed the book to them in a hurry, "Looked like your real name was placed in. I didn't read though."

Rena stared at him surprised before she took and her eyes widened. "This link is good. You didn't need to be my shadow all the time."

She said to Zero as she nodded, "You can go and hunt alone finally!"

"Sibling Link used our innate blood connection to allow us to feel the presence of each other over 3 kilometres. The further the weaker. Also it helps us feel if we are in danger and in need of help. It may even allow us to communicate. I think" Rena explained.
