Chapter 190: Chapter 190 Saving Yun Suhaila 4
A ripple of golden waves slightly undulated around the room, like waves completely isolating the sound inside from the outside.
"What is this!" Mon Star's face turned ashen, and a sense of panic overwhelmed him. His previously alcohol clouded mind became instantly sober.
"If it weren't for wanting to ask you some questions, this wouldn't have been so troublesome."
A cold glint flashed in Blaze Regret's eyes. The red on his chest suddenly shot down, its blue eyes coldly staring at the rock snake while its claws, wrapped in blue flames, fiercely struck down at its head.
"Rock Snake, Rock Scale Rain!"
Amid Mon Star's fearful voice, the scales on the rock snake's body suddenly stood up and quickly detached, shooting towards the descending red with piercing wind breaking force.
"Whoosh!"
The blue flames on Red's claws surged instantly, and the flying rock scales shattered like fragile glass upon contact.
As the fragments scattered, Red transformed into a streak of blue light, passing by the rock snake's head, then gently landing on the ground. With a wave of its Cat claws, the extended claws retracted with a swish.
Staring blankly at Red, the rock snake opened its mouth, and its gray white snake head fell to the ground with a thud. Its body also shattered segment by segment, scattering on the floor.
Mon Star's face turned deathly pale in an instant.
With a light push of his foot, Blaze Regret jumped to the ground. He then took out a Spirit Gathering Fruit from his spatial stone and tossed it to Yun Suhaila, smiling, "Refine this fruit, and the Soft Bone Powder in your body will be completely expelled."
After looking at Blaze Regret for a moment, Yun Suhaila nodded with difficulty, her eyes lowering slightly. Was this guy here specifically to rescue her? But it didn't seem like it.
While Yun Suhaila was lost in thought, Blaze Regret pulled over a chair, sat down lazily, and leaned back with a slight smile. "Young Captain Mon, let's talk."
"What do you want me to say!" Mon Star glared at Blaze Regret, but his voice carried an unmistakable note of fear.
"Hmm, about a certain tomb in the Hildan Mountains," Blaze Regret said softly.
"What tomb? I don't know anything about it!" Mon Star's eyes flickered slightly. This guy had always been in the northern part of the mountains, at least dozens of miles away from him. How did he know about this?
"Whoosh!"
Without any hesitation, Blaze Regret waved his hand, and a small ice breaking blade instantly embedded itself in Mon Star's left leg. As the icy aura spread, the surrounding flesh froze entirely, followed by a cracking sound.
Staring dumbfounded at the blood ice flowing from his foot, Mon Star finally screamed after a moment. But seeing another flying blade appear in Blaze Regret's hand, his scream was abruptly stifled.
"That last flying blade was aimed at your leg. Want to guess where this one will go?" Blaze Regret asked with a grin.
"Devil!" Mon Star's lips trembled. This guy was far more ruthless than many bloodthirsty spirit hunters!
"You have three breaths' time." Blaze Regret's ice blade spun in his hand, his voice cold.
Mon Star's legs shook, his face full of struggle.
Three breaths passed. Blaze Regret squinted his eyes and was about to wave his hand when the last defense in Mon Star's heart finally collapsed completely.
"The Blazing Fire Spirit Tomb! It's the Blazing Fire Spirit Tomb!" Mon Star cried out loudly.
Hearing this, Blaze Regret was secretly delighted. This trip had indeed not been in vain.
After refining the Spirit Gathering Fruit, most of the Soft Bone Powder in her body was expelled. Yun Suhaila slowly sat up on the edge of the bed. Although she still felt a sense of weakness, it was clearly much better than before.
Seeing the slight flush of color return to Yun Suhaila's face, Blaze Regret breathed a sigh of relief. He wasn't sure if the Spirit Gathering Fruit would work, but it seemed his worries were unfounded.
"What to do next, I don't need to teach you, right?" Blaze Regret turned his head, coldly gazing at Mon Star, while a chill slowly spread from his casually open palm.
"Four days ago, in a low valley in the southern part of the mountain range, a passing spirit hunter discovered a hidden tomb chamber. Just as he touched the tomb door, a flame suddenly erupted, burning off half of his arm. Upon learning of this, several experts went there one after another.
They finally concluded that in half a month, the restrictions on the tomb chamber would weaken, making it much easier to enter," Mon Star quickly explained, wiping the cold sweat from his forehead.
"Is the owner of that Blazing Fire Spirit Tomb a spirit king expert known as the Blazing Fire Spirit King?" After pondering for a moment, Blaze Regret suddenly asked.
"How do you know?" Mon Star was startled, but then quickly realized that anyone from the Sun Moon Empire could probably guess the tomb owner's identity from the name of the tomb.
The Blazing Fire Spirit King, like the Ice Lotus Master, was a renowned expert in the Sun Moon Empire. Although he was only a Spirit king, he once fought a Spirit Sovereigns to a standstill, which gave him a reputation that even slightly overshadowed that of the Ice Lotus Master.
"A mere Spirit king dares to have such an arrogant title," Blaze Regret muttered under his breath.n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om
If a Spirit king could dominate a nation, then a Spirit Sovereigns could command respect across a nation. Spirit kings only existed in large empires, and there had never been any legends of Spirit kings in the entire Sun Moon Empire.
"I've told you everything I know. Can you let me go now?" Mon Star raised his head, looking at Blaze Regret in fear, but his hand behind his back had already formed into a rock blade, its edges glinting sharply.
