A [Fairy Ring] formed in one of two ways. A natural ring started when a circle of plants or stones aligned, with the boundary serving as a barrier that was capable of collecting and storing the natural earth energies over time. Or a construct created by [Ritual].

That [Ritual] was most often a practice of the Demi-Fey. They used the [Fairy Rings] they created as a means to connect and grow [Fairy] and as the territory they claimed. A place to live and grow. The [Fairy Rings] they constructed used the magics of [Fairy] as stored energy, magics the Demi-Fey could feed off.

It was the reason most Sidhe felt that the Demi-fey and [Fairy] were so intricately aligned. Without the Demi-Fey to maintain that anchor between [Fairy] and the world, [Fairy] would fade. If the Demi-fey died, [Fairy] died.

It was the reason the Sidhe lost their magic in this world. It was the reason that I was able to restore their magic. When I performed the [Ritual] to open the connection to the Summerlands and breathed new life into the Demi-Fey, I restored [Fairy] to Urt.

I decided to use the [Fairy Daisies] I had been planting to grow a boundary for a [Fairy Ring] I would create. The M-AI I wore made it easy to plot size and shape. A holo-projection highlighted the circumference of a circle that would allow me to plant each plant in the perfect position.

The [Ritual] itself was easy enough. A sacrifice of blood and magic needed to be infused into a container of water, the sacrifice infused with intent. A small gift of my essence as I planted each flower. The boundary of [Fairy Daisies] snapped into shape as the last flower was planted and the final sacrifice was given.

A matrix of interconnected energies began to form. Each plant released threads of energy that sought out and formed ties within the [Fairy Ring]. The threads began to weave as they crisscrossed across the circle, creating a Celtic knot that bound that energy. The threads, shaped by [Fairy], grew from each flower and targeted both an opposing and adjoining [Fairy Daisy]. Each plant projected multiple threads of energy to fill the barrier that would contain the magic that would allow travel betwixt and between possible.

With the ring stabilized, it was only a matter of waiting to see if any of the Demi-Fey would be brave enough or curious enough to make this place their home.

As I watched the energies within the [Fairy Ring] coalesce using my [Sight], I noticed the magic of [Fairy] already beginning to interact with the Divine energies of this realm. It was almost hypnotic, a swirling coalescence of primal forces. I noticed how the two energies seemed to support each other, each becoming more than they were. And as I continued to observe the process, I settled into a kind of fugue state.

A meditation where my [Sight] allowed me to notice details and patterns that observed the underlying [Laws] of [Fairy]. [Fairy] had always been coquettish, quicksilver that was impossible to contain. This blending of primal forces created something new, a semblance of the Divine that closely resembled the aura of power that Danu radiated.

Small sparks of electricity began to escape in those areas where the Divine and [Fairy] merged. A balance of creation and destruction that mirrored the Universe writ large. The secret behind the power of the Gods began to be revealed. Their control over their power, the secret behind their [Domain] revealed. Their [Divine Mandate] was only made possible because the Alpha and the Omega had willed it so.

The Gods were able to encapsulate the Divine the Alpha and Omega had ceded, their very bodies modified and emblazoned with the power of creation and destruction, the framework for forces always in a state of constant battle.

Negentropy and entropy. Order and Chaos. Ying and Yang. Magic and Science.

The Gods were the focus, a fulcrum to release filtered energy tempered by their [Divine Mandate]. Their [Domain] was an amalgamate of the order and chaos they forged into a Universal constant that gave them their [Authority].

My body and magic began to follow the pattern of energies I was witnessing. My soul and mind reached out to collect this merging of divine energies that were free for the taking within the [Fairy Ring]. The divine energies found within the Asgard realm altered into a force that resonated with me and became Tuatha de Danann.

I started fusing my magic with those energies in the same pattern that I had observed within the [Fairy Ring], an intricate knot that I seared into my veins, nerves, and magical channels. I began tempering the flow of enhanced [Fairy] throughout my body, mind, and spirit once I had completed burning the knot, and I had copied and made it my own.

I felt the changes to myself, painful beyond belief, but I ignored the changes and the pain. I was too focused on imprinting the pattern I had learned, on claiming the [Divine] as mine. Subconsciously, I knew I was evolving, becoming more, and taking another step on the path to Godhood. But this chance, this opportunity, would be lost if I wasn't able to internalize this pattern.

If I wasn't able to embrace and reproduce the changes I witnessed to [Fairy] and those changes that now coursed throughout my body, I might cripple myself. Now that the process had begun, I could not stop until I succeeded or failed. I might lose [Rank]. A failure now would set me back. If I was lucky, I would revert to [A Rank]. If not?

The wielding of order and chaos. The failure to control the changes to my body, mind, and spirit might be so catastrophic as to destroy my [Rank] completely. If the worse happened, I would have to begin ranking up from [F Rank].

A change as fundamental as this required the destruction and creation of my body. I forged myself anew by hammering the energies I was mastering into my own evolution. This method of ascending to Godhood would have been impossible but for my healing abilities. The ability to repair what I destroyed allowed me to withstand the changes as I finished burning my channels with a spark of creation.

Each cell of my body had been tempered and taken the next step between Immortality and [Immortality]. I burned with the fires of creation, and as they blazed across my mind and spirit, I understood the [Divine Mantle] I had accepted.

My understanding of [Illusion and Glamour] became closer to perfection. My personality, my purpose for existing, was now centered around the profound, the [Universal Constants] and [Laws] that were part of my [Domain].

I became more. The spark of change was complete, and I finally understood what a [Divine Mantle] was. I did not control the power of [Illusion and Glamour] the way I wielded my magic. I was becoming [Illusion and Glamour] as those concepts fell under my [Domain].

You have tempered yourself using the energies of [Divine Fairy] magics to create a vessel able to withstand primordial energies. You will control more of your [Domain] as you grow and shape your [Divine Mantle]
