After seeing this, Robert sighed and looked at Leader Kaze as he spoke to his son. "My son, you must know that you are my last remnant in this world. Ryan looked at him with some surprise but smiled. "Father, you don't need to do that. It's okay. This time, we won't be able to hold the city even if that old man succeeds. But, even if we win today, we need not seek to prevail but to seek the one side that will keep us alive. The City of Clans may change hands, but that will not be treason.

Robert frowned. "Is someone coming?"

"Someone is here, father. Thanks to that, I have a plan; I came here because I'm following that plan."

"Clan Allen. I'm in contact with their new Leader, Matthew Dietrich." Ryan replied, surprising Robert.

"W-what? The Allens are really here?"

Ryan nodded. "I'm sure they are. That's why we have to get on their side. They want nothing more than the City; they know that by controlling Clan City, they will have total control of this entire region and practically the Academy."

Robert Adams frowned. He knew perfectly well what it meant that the Allen Clan intended to take over the City of Clans. He even knew it better than Ryan himself.

The City of the Clans is not only the Leader of the Academy and all the territory that conforms to it, but it is also the Second most important City in the World, only behind the Central City. This place is also in a perfect location to control the Dark Kingdom.

After hearing this, the entire Adams Clan was shocked and turned their gazes fiercely towards the Kaze, who were also in shock.

"Our Law in Adams is that anyone allied with humans must be exterminated! Humans, a race far more cunning than ours, who always play their cards in a hidden manner and who are never ready for dialogue without having treacherous ideas in the background, THAT is the race we can never ally with!"
