Han Lingshi and the rest were somewhat surprised by this, initially they thought that Hao Ren would assign his Ye Generals to handle the situation. Han Lingshi wanted to say something when Hao Mei said, "It is about time that you acted like the protector of the kingdom. Ever since, Lingshi came over you have been slacking of like never before. Governing a Kingdom is not as easy as managing a company. Go, get things done."

Ye Si snorted but she still followed the rules. Han Lingshi was shocked, and asked, "Are you guys not a bit too protective of..."

Before she could complete her words, Hao Mei stood up and said, "Lingshi, come with me. I haven't seen Agnee in these two days, I miss her."

Han Lingshi could sense something was off, and after dismissing the meeting she left the place with Hao Mei. After coming out of the study, and the palace, Hao Mei heaved a sigh, and asked, "My dear sister-in-law, are you eager to start a war?"

Han Lingshi was confused and asked, "What do you mean?"

Hao Mei shook her head and said, "Hao Ren is the reverse scale of all the Ye Generals. He did something for these kids that even their families could not. You have no idea how his 'little actions' have left a mark in their conscious. There was a child who joined the rank of Ye Generals five years ago. He was a remarkable talent and Ren treated him similar to everyone. That child thought he was strong and many times broke the rules.

One day when he was confronted, he snorted and called the Ye Generals the dog of Hao Ren the pig. Ye Si, and the rest tore that kid apart. They told Hao Ren to never speak in the matters of the Ye Generals. Ye Jian's mistake caused Ren to be scolded by you, so the blame falls on him. However, Ye Jian might plead guilty before the family and get away with a beating."

Han Lingshi gulped as they both entered the house. She said, "I did not expect they revered Ren this much."

Hao Ren came out of the city, took out the blob of blood refined by him. Then he poured a drop of his own blood in the blob, before he took out the Cocoon. The jade like cocoon was quick to absorb the blood and the red sheen on it turned darker. However, it was far from hatching.

Then he took a deep breath and after putting his sword back, he moved toward the border on all sides. The people from the military saw him, and they came to greet him. However, Hao Ren was not in a cheery mood. The more he worked the more annoyed he become at the fact that someone else caused this much trouble to his leisurely life.

Looking the western direction, he placed his middle finger on his forehead and chanted a sutra. A drop of golden blood came out from his brows and then it condensed into a clone of his. Hao Ren's face turned pale and he said, "Go, deliver the message to the Blood Devil Sect, that if they dared to come here again, I will raze them to the ground and kill their nine generations."

His cold voice echoed in the surroundings. Hao Ren took out the Chaos Sword, Titan Armor, and True Dragon Shield to the clone and sent it off. These artifacts were given to him by the system. If the clone suffered, these artifacts will reveal their spirits and then come back after dealing damage to the Blood Devil Sect.

Hao Ren returned home, but Han Lingshi did not talk much to him. He also did not disturb her. Until the next morning, when the young lady received a message from Xiao Mei, "Big Sister, A few people are kneeling outside the western border and pleading for mercy."

Han Lingshi frowned and asked, "Western Border is very far from here, what are the authorities doing?"
