He fired one magic after another before sensing hostility and he could not help but look in the direction where he could sense the malice.

It was without a surprise that he saw Quard staring at him with deep hatred. This bastard actually survived the sudden attack of the magic beasts.

In their batch, only Rezen, Quard, Theon, Porenz, Treen, and Fiona survived the attack in the academy.

At first, Rezen thought that Quard also died but he actually survived. It even made him think that Quard was a heaven's blessed with such great luck. If not for Ivy not informing him that the bastard is a heaven's blessed, he might really believed that.
