Chapter 115: Chapter 115 - Blacksmith Superstar

Chapter 115: - Blacksmith Superstar

As soon as Broken set his target, he immediately got to work crafting his new arrows. His hands moved swiftly and expertly, each tool clinking rhythmically as he meticulously shaped the shafts and precisely fitted the metal tips.

Freya sat quietly nearby, watching him with silent admiration. The soft light from the forge cast a warm glow on her face as she hesitated to break his concentration. Eventually, she whispered softly, "Broken... I'll be out in a bit, okay?"

Her gentle voice startled him from his trance-like focus. He glanced up slowly, nodding in acknowledgment before returning to his task with renewed determination.

Broken's attention to detail was unwavering as he carefully followed each step outlined in the blueprint. He ensured that every arrow would fly straight and true, striving for perfection with every strike of his hammer. The world around him faded into the background as he became wholly absorbed in his work.

Despite the heckling from a few restless blacksmiths in the corner, Broken remained undeterred.

"Hey, newbie, are you so desperate for money that you work without rest?" one jeered. "I think he's trying to find money to pay for the capsule device he uses to play the game." Someone else chimed in, "Hey, don't bother him. He's probably drowning in debt." "You're trying to show off your hard work in the senior's area, kid?"

Freya re-entered the room, her footsteps light as she approached him. "Hey there..." she called softly.

"You need to eat in the real world. You also need to eat here to speed up your stamina regeneration," she reminded him gently, implying that he needed to take better care of himself.

The smell of food reached his nostrils, and his stomach grumbled in response. Without hesitation, he grabbed the offered food and began eating ravenously, making up for missed meals.

"How many hours have you been working?" she asked with a giggle.

Broken checked the system clock and furrowed his brow. "Six hours. I didn't realize time flew by so quickly. It feels like I just sat down and started working."

"No wonder Lily said you're really burning through your playtime," she said with a smile.

"I'll log out soon. Just need to finish a few small tasks first."

She nodded. "No worries, I'll log out first and keep her company," she said.

"Thanks..." he replied, a hint of regret in his voice.

Once she left, he resumed his work without another word, driven by his dedication.

Nearby, a well-known blacksmith named Titonor noticed the commotion. He was an Advanced Rank Blacksmith, level 2. Approaching the group with his curiosity piqued, he asked, "What's all the noise about?" His annoyance was evident.

"There's a newbie blacksmith who works non-stop," someone explained. "He crafts faster than anyone here."

Titonor scoffed. "No one is more diligent than me here," he boasted. "He'll never reach my level."

Driven by curiosity, Titonor walked toward Broken, his eyes widening in surprise when he saw the arrows.

"Are you a beginner blacksmith who's recently achieved Advanced rank?" he asked, swallowing hard as he realized the person everyone was talking about was indeed someone of Advanced Rank.

Broken continued working, ignoring Titonor's question.

"Are you deaf? I'm talking to you, asshole!" Titonor's voice grew menacing, angered by Broken's disregard.

"Who the hell are you? How dare you ignore my accomplishments and show such insolence!" Titonor barked, his fists clenching in frustration.

"I am an Advanced Rank Level 2 blacksmith. I'm sure you understand how experienced I am!"

Broken remained unfazed, his focus unbroken. Titonor's anger reached a boiling point, but before he could act, Broken finished creating another arrow. The arrow glowed with a purple aura, indicating its grade.

"It-It couldn't be an Epic-grade, could it?" Titonor stammered, his voice trembling with disbelief.

Broken looked up in confusion, seeing the mystified expression on Titonor's face.

"Let me check it," Titonor said, snatching the arrow from Broken's grasp.

[Iron Piercer Arrow]

[Skills:]

[Arrow Piercer: This powerful arrow has the ability to ignore 20% of enemy defense, providing a decisive edge in battle.]

[User Restriction: Level 100 or higher.]

Titonor stepped back, irritation radiating off him as he glared at Broken. "You must be quite lucky to have accomplished this," he scoffed, flicking the arrow dismissively. "This is nothing

special."

Broken frowned, clearly annoyed by Titonor's dismissive attitude, he snatched the arrow back from Titonor's grasp.

"Tsk! Asshole!" he muttered under his breath, his frustration evident.

It didn't take long for other blacksmiths to notice the number of Epic-grade arrows emerging from Broken's workstation over the past few days. Even the Rare-grade arrows were overshadowed by the Elite-grade ones he consistently produced.

Word spread quickly, drawing both NPCs and players to marvel at Broken's skill and dedication. Now, even when he logged out, people waited for him instead of trying to drive him away like they did when he first arrived.

The Smithy buzzed with activity when Freya entered, making her way through the crowd. "Can you guys step aside and let me pass?" she asked, gesturing for space. Approaching Broken, she smiled warmly. "Hey, Mr. Workaholic. Are you done with your

work?"

Broken raised his head and nodded, showing her the finished products.

[Iron Piercer Arrow] [125 pcs]

[Grade: Rare]

[Attack Power: 50-55]

[Arrow Piercer: This powerful arrow has the ability to ignore 6% of enemy defense, providing

a decisive edge in battle.]

There were 125 pieces of Rare-Grade arrows, a considerable amount.

[Iron Piercer Arrow] [225 pcs]

[Grade: Elite]

[Attack Power: 70-80]

[Arrow Piercer: This powerful arrow has the ability to ignore 12% of enemy defense,

providing a decisive edge in battle.]

Surprisingly, there were even more Elite-Grade arrows, with 225 pieces outnumbering the

Rare ones.

[Iron Piercer Arrow] [150 pcs]

[Grade: Epic]

[Attack Power: 85-95]

[Arrow Piercer: This powerful arrow has the ability to ignore 20% of enemy defense,

providing a decisive edge in battle.]

Even the Epic-Grade arrows, with 150 pieces, surpassed the quantity of the Rare-Grade

arrows.

Freya's eyes widened, a broad smile spreading across her face. She leaned in close, her voice a whisper, "No wonder these blacksmiths forget their work and are busy watching you

instead."

She tugged on Broken's wrist, helping him up. Together, they left the Smithy, leaving the

crowd in awe.

"What the hell?! He produced something that would take us a month to make in just a week!"

one exclaimed, shocked.

"Yes, it's insane how he can produce so many Epic-grade arrows in such a short time!"

"Will he become the new Blacksmith Superstar in Yunatea?"

"Who is he? I've just met him. Why do I not know anything about him?" Titonor, feeling irritated by the compliments directed at Broken, rose to his feet and loudly declared, "That was just beginner's luck. I saw how badly he worked. He'll give up and quit this game any minute now. There's nothing special about him!"

However, this time, no one paid any attention to what Titonor was saying. "I want to know more about him, that player, he's incredible!"
