Just as Lu Yun was about to dig up the Blood Scorching Flower, something suddenly appeared out of thin air and attacked him. Its movement was very fast to the point he was caught off guard and had no time to react.

"Ah!!!"

Lu Yun screamed in pain as he grabbed his neck tightly.

Qin Yi was dumbfounded witnessing this scene.

When he saw who the attacker was, he was slightly taken back; It turned out that the attacker was a small snake— No, to be more precise, a mini Purple Monarch Python the size of a child's hand.

This little guy is probably the descendant of that Purple Monarch Python, who was fighting outside the cave.

As the arrow  was released, it immediately shot through the air at lightning speed. Shortly after that, he heard the Purple Monarch Python's shrill scream from afar.

After confirming that his shot hit the target, Qin Yi didn't dare to stay here any longer as he immediately left this battle, which seemed to have just entered the second round.

After the Purple Monarch Python entered the berserk state, it immediately opened its large mouth as it suddenly spewed out a large cloud of purple poisonous smoke sparking with flames and spurted it toward Liu Tao.
